If you are having trouble with a missing CD Key for the Dreamcatcher version:

There should be 2 cdkeys in your package. 1 is for multiplayer registration (on the back of the manual or case), the other is for authorizing the cd and is printed on a separate piece of paper. Here is the code from the registration slip: QQCCLR863VZMXA42CHAYY44D

If you are having problems running Enigma: Rising Tide:

First thing make sure your system is up to the task.
- you need at least 256mb of RAM (with 750mb of swap space). You should upgrade if possible to at least 512mb.
- you need a DirectX 7 compliant videocard with at least 32mb of ram. S3, TNT Rage, Kyro cards for example will NOT run Enigma properly
- be sure you have the most current version of DirectX from [Microsoft]

- be sure your video drivers are up-to-date. Free downloads from [ATI] OR [NVidia]
- be sure your audio drivers are up-to-date. These are available from the maker of your audiocard or system
- set your audio hardware acceleration to BASIC inside the DXDiag tool (START->RUN->DXDIAG)

You need at least an ATI Radeon or NVidia GeForce 2 level video card to run ENIGMA: RISING TIDE.

NOTE: PC Games are the elite class of gaming software. Consoles don't require any expertise to set up and run, PC's do. Console games provide good entertainment, but much like VHS versus film, the experience of a game on PC versus a game on a Console is night and day. However to experience this "Theatre" level of gaming, you must keep your system up to date. That means everything from your operating system (Win98 is 6 years old) to your audio and video cards and the drivers for them.

When contacting technical support, be sure to include a DXDIAG report with all the tests run:
To get a DXDiag report:
START->RUN type in DXDIAG hit ENTER
BE SURE TO RUN ALL TESTS (on each tab)!
click "SAVE ALL INFORMATION" and save it to the desktop
compose the email to your preferred tech support
put "ENIGMA PROBLEMS" in the subject line
attach the dxdiag.txt report to the email
and BE SURE to include a good description of your problem.
